We do not have an unlimited return policy. We accept returns for incorrect merchandise shipped or damaged goods

the page. On many Items we offer Small quantiles so you can try it out before committing to a large amount.
Organic gardening and many of the new products associated with them are unfamiliar to most people so, we're glad
to answer your questions and give you advise about how to use them or if they are even appropriate for your
application. What we do guarantee is that the items on our site are as advertised and of the highest quality that we
can find and that we will do our best to get them to you on time, at the best price possible. We use all of them before
selling them to you so we know they will work when used as directed. Follow any and all instructions on the label or
those that you receive from us.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made by phone, before we ship an item. We get hundreds of e-mails everyday and due to
the terrible spam problem on the Internet today we cannot guarantee that we will get every e-mail people send us.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, no refund will be
issued. If the product is damaged by the shipping company, you must first contact the shipper to resolve the damage
issue. Most carriers have insurance for damages caused by their employees. If you Receive an item that you
ordered and it is unopened and in a Resalable Condition we will accept it's Return only under these Conditions:
1) you must Call us first and get a RMA Number.
When we receive the item back, and it meets the above curtiera, we will refund your money.
All Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and handling Fee.
Refunds are give by the same methods of which you have paid.
Charge backs:
We take Charge backs Very Very seriously. Not only does it eat up valuable time that we could be used
to help other customers it also unfairly penalizes our honest customers by having to pay higher prices
for our products.
If for any reason you cancel your payment after the item has shipped and we determine that you have
received the merchandise and you have not contacted us for dispute resolution or RMA we will take
legal action up to and including Prosecution in your Jurisdiction for theft.
We will also ban you from doing business with us in the Future.
We take keeping your private information you disclose to us very seriously.
We treat it as if it were our own.
We don't sell or rent your e-mail addresses or any other parts of your order information.
In addition to that, the server that hosts our shopping cart is in a different state and owned by a separate company
than the one that hosts our web sites, with it's own software so, there is very little chance of anyone being able to
hack our site and get to your information. It costs us more to do it this way but, we want you to feel safe and secure
when shopping with us online. We also don't sell addresses to anyone, and send out only a little bit of e-mail
advertising, when we think there's something of interest that our customers might want to know about. We prepare
and write all of our ads ourselves, to give it a personal touch and keep it out of the hands of strangers and
mercenaries in the Internet marketing world.
Another point of interest to our online charge customers is, our shopping cart purges all credit card numbers every
thirty days by default.

Shipping around here works like this: You pay, only the cost of the goods and what they cost to get to you. No
percentage of the order, weight ranges or any of the other games some Internet companies use. Links for calculating
USPS and UPS and FedEx shipping charges are located on this page and a few other places within our site for you to
use, as you go, if you like to do that sort of thing.
You can choose UPS or USPS, or FedEx when you check out by using the "drop down menu at the bottom of the
check out page, that way you can see which one might be cheaper in your area for your order. We'll send it the
cheapest way or as specified by you. Shipping companies also charge a little less if your package is delivered to a
business address. If you can receive packages at work, do so, and you'll save a little. Home businesses have to be
shipped FedEx Home Delivery. No discount allowed. Sorry. We don't make the rules, we just suffer them along with
everyone else.
Where We Ship TO:
These are the States That we ship all Items to: California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington We only ship bulk or
large oders to these States: Alaska, Arizona ,Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, . For the Rest of the United
States, There is at Least one dealer in That State. You should Go to Fertrell's site to Find a Dealer near You. If for
some reason That dealer cannot meet your needs we will contact that dealer to determine in fact that they cannot or
are unwilling to help with your needs. If we determine that then we will at our discretion ship to you. We may Require a
Minimum Purchase amount so that it makes it feasible to drop ship to you.
Combined Shipping:
Another way cut down on shipping costs is Combined shipping. If you belong to a local Gardening group or Belong to
a Fraternal Organization like the Grange etc. Also If you know a local Farmer or Ranch you may be able to work out

a local Organic Farmer. We May Also be Able to Utilize Azure Standard as A shipping Method if they have a Truck
Route near you. There are Several Buying clubs on yahoo Groups that co-ordinate Purchases Through Azure
Standard.
Most light weight items will be sent by Priority Mail, as a flat rate package, in boxes they provide for us. Doing it this
way keeps our cost of processing the orders down and we don't have to buy the boxes either helping keep our prices
reasonable.
Large Orders:
If you are a farm or Ranch and want to order a Large amount of Product, Like for instance a pallet of goods, We
will make arrangements with a Trucking firm to deliver it to you. Keep in mind some trucking firms may require you
go to their local truck terminal and pick it up. Others, will deliver to only to a commercial address (your farm or Ranch
should qualify as such.) However most times you will have to provide a forklift or tractor with forks to offload the goods
form the truck.
Large shipments across the country are handled by truck or container. It costs as much to ship eight pallets as
eighteen for some reason so, if you want a lot of stuff, think big and save big on shipping and the stuff.
If you are ordering pallet loads or 50 gallon drum sizes, you may qualify for farm and wholesale pricing. Call

Call us for a freight quote. If you can't receive a large order at your location, get your friends, neighbors and others
together and have a "Special Delivery" at another location and you can all divvy up the goods there. If you have

If you Live in the Greater Seattle, WA Metro area or the Portland, Or Metro area, you can pick up your items at our two
"retail" locations ie our farms or we may be able to deliver it to you to your location with one of our trucks.
