Superior Trace Minerals Is a Authorized Fertrell Distributor
For thousands of years Humans have been raising Animals and Crops for Food. They did this by working with the natural Process of earth itself. As Intelligent beings, However, we humans want to make things better, improve on mother nature. Somewhere along the way, we lost our way. By using Synthetic Chemical Fertilizers we are now destroying the very thing we are trying to improve and in the process the once perfect circle is broken. We believe it is imperative that we begin to again work with nature instead of Against it. We hope you enjoy exploring our website.

Kitsap Community & Agricultural Alliance Promoting bonds between agriculture and the community
An evening with.... Joel Salatin
Owner of Polyface, Inc., author of many books, including "Everything I want to do Is Illegal: War Stories from the Local Food Front"
Known as the "Christian-libertarian-environmentalist-lunatic farmer" and featured in the book "The Omnivore's Dilemma," Salatin will share his experience in managing and growing an environmentally sustainable farm - Polyface Farm located in Swoope, VA (http://www.polyfacefarms.com/). Salatin promotes food production that is environmentally, emotionally, and economically enhancing for producers and consumers. He compares food produced on factory farms to food grown on pasture-based farms, and advocates responsible consumer choices in food buying.
"If you wonder where your food comes from, have a back yard flock, maintain a back forty herd, or are just interested in supporting local agriculture, the public event featuring Joel Salatin is geared towards you," said Monty Mahan, district manager, Pierce Conservation District. "We all have a responsibility to keep local farms productive and prosperous."
Area farmers and event sponsors will be on hand at the June 4th public event to respond to questions and distribute information.
